Witzer operates an escrow and payment service designed for any contract where payment is made on completion or delivery of a product or service, particularly where payment is made via milestone payments or instalments. The kinds of personal information we collect and hold about you will depend upon the nature of our relationship with you and the circumstances of a collection, including whether we collect the information from you as an employee or user of our services, or some other capacity.

Witzer Group- Instagram Competition Terms and Conditionsy
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared on behalf of the following Witzer Group of entities:
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Queensland, Australia only, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Witzer Pty Ltd, their family members, and anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
To successfully enter the competition, participants must:

3. Entry Deadline
All entries must be received prior to the stated deadline. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @witzerpay Instagram account on the date specified in the original competition post. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
5. Prize
The prize consists of the items specified in the original Instagram post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
6. Data Protection
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and Witzer's privacy policy.
7. Liability
Witzer Pty Ltd (ACN 661 719 526) will not be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. Witzer Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control.
8. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not adhere to these terms and conditions.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Instagram from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
