Witzer operates an escrow and payment service designed for any contract where payment is made on completion or delivery of a product or service, particularly where payment is made via milestone payments or instalments.
Witzer collects your personal information when you apply to use our platform via our website or app, including your name, address, date of birth, contact phone number, email, bank account information and user generated content through the message function within the platform.
We may also collect sensitive information about you. For example, we may collect information about whether you are a member of Master Builders or the Housing Industry Association (HIA). We will only collect sensitive information about you with your consent (unless we are otherwise required or authorised by or under law to do so).
We may collect this information from you, a person acting on your behalf or a third-party service provider (such as when a user of the platform invites another prospective user customer to register for an account via our website) who has captured your information and shared it with us.
