These Terms and Conditions have been prepared on behalf of the following Witzer Group of entities:

• Witzer Pty Ltd (ACN 661 719 526)
• Witzer Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 661 718 761)
• Witzer Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 661 720 154)
• The Trustee for Witzer Trust (ABN 28 650 854 882)
• Witzer Ops Pty Ltd (ABN 81 661 719 553) (we, our, us, Witzer)

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Witzer Pty Ltd, their family members, and anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

For clarity, any account holder of Witzer that meets the entry requirements as outlined in Section 2, is eligible.

2. Entry Requirements

To successfully enter the competition, participants must:

• Download the Witzer app and create an account;  
• Create a draft project clearly outlining their renovation or new build project by the competition submission deadline;  
• Be opted into Witzer email and SMS marketing; and
• Be willing to permit access to Witzer representatives for content capture during the renovation or new build.

3. Entry Deadline

The competition runs from Friday 24 January 2024 9.00am AEST until Thursday 13 March 2025 11.59pm AEST. All entries must be received prior to Thursday 13 March 2025 11.59pm AEST. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by the Witzer panel of judges from the submissions by eligible entrants. The winner will be drawn on Friday 14 March 2025 at 4.00pm AEST.

The winner will be notified via email and will have til Tuesday 18 March 5.00pm AEST to claim their prize. If the original winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize,  a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entrants and will have 48 hours to claim their prize, so on and so forth, until the prize is claimed.

The winner’s name and state only, will be made public on Witzer website, email and social channels.

Once claimed, the money will be loaded into the user’s Witzer wallet within 7 days.

5. Prize

The prize is $20,000 AUD loaded into the Witzer wallet.  

The money cannot be withdrawn from the winner’s Witzer Wallet. It can only be used for payments to contractors or trades & services providers, via the Witzer platform. Trades & service providers must be registered users of Witzer to receive payment.

The prize is not transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

The prize must be used for trades & services, no later than six (6) months after the prize draw, Sunday 14 September 2025 11.59pm AEST, otherwise it is void.

6. Data Protection

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and Witzer's Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Witzer Ops Pty Ltd (ABN 81 661 719 553) will not be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. Witzer Ops Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control.

8. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not adhere to these terms and conditions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
